House Bill No 386 Act No. 428 which was passed during this last session. Among other things the new law  stated “relative to boards, commissions, authorities, districts, and like entities; to abolish certain inactive boards, commissions, districts, authorities, and like entities”. It additionally stated “; to remove references to, provisions for, and the powers, functions, and duties of the Board of Certified Employee Assistance Professionals, pursuant to RS 37:3653;”
